The only issue was the snap type fasteners that attach the leather strap to the lift bar would come undone and needed a little tweeking with some small pliers. After figuring out how to do that it worked as it should. I actually like the support and it works well now.

I've had the accessory for about a couple of months and it gets the job done. The leather for the strap is resilient and the support folds as expected. This really helps for people like myself, who often take their guitars everywhere and want to avoid the hassle of taking a foot rest. The only nitpick I have is that the suction cups do fail to stay in place under a moderate amount of weight, which is understandable. Nonetheless, this is a great product!
