SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Guitars
You have five full days with the guitar in your possession* to decide if you'd like to keep it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange its return within five days of receiving it. (This is based on the day the tracking information shows that it arrived at your address.) When we receive your return, as long as it's in the same condition as it was when it was shipped it to you, we will refund your full purchase price minus the original shipping costs paid by us to send your order to you. (This applies even if your order was sent to you with free or discounted shipping.) If the guitar to be returned for a refund was paid by credit card, 2.6% will also be deducted from your return, as the bank does not refund credit card fees. Please contact us and we will send you a return label.
* Please do not return a guitar without approval. The shipping label & insurance need to be purchased by XGuitars to be valid. If you have contacted XGuitars within 5 days of receipt of your guitar using the contact form above, that is sufficient to meet the 5-day return policy, even if you have not received a response to your request. The 5-day policy can be extended by up to 5 additional days upon request or if you have not received a response within the 5-day period. If you would like to return a guitar during the 5-day trial period, the cost to repair any damage or wear that occurs while in your possession will be deducted from your refund.
Any damage that occurs during shipping from us to you is completely our responsibility. If a guitar (or any other item) arrives damaged, we will pay to have it returned to us and ship you a replacement at no additional charge.
Shipping upgrades are not refunded for any reason other than receipt of a guitar damaged in shipment.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE: Guitars
All guitars listed on our site as "new" carry a 3-year warranty that covers defects in workmanship. If any manufacturing defects are found within the first three years, we will repair or replace the instrument. IMPORTANT: All manufacturer warranties require the purchaser to pay all shipping costs associated with warranty work or repair. XGuitars is the only online dealer who will pay these shipping costs for you (continental U.S. only). You will pay $0 for shipping or any other expenses for a warranty claim on a guitar purchased from XGuitars.

All of our accessories (strings not included) carry a 90-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange its return within 90 days of receiving it and we will send you a return label. When we receive your return, as long as it's in the same condition as it was when it was shipped it to you, we will refund your full purchase price minus the original shipping costs paid by us to send your order to you plus the costs to have it returned to us. (This applies even if your order was sent to you with free or discounted shipping.)
