Several weeks ago, a knob on one of my guitar tuners broke off. Upon inspection, I noticed that several other knobs were cracked. I contacted the very fine store in Seattle, where I'd purchased my Alhambra cutaway, in search of guidance for a new, upgraded set of tuning machines. They weren't able to give the help I needed, but referred me to a company that sells guitar parts, who in turn referred me elsewhere. I contacted different guitar stores and suppliers around the country, but to no avail. A web search for U.S. Alhambra dealers introduced me to X Guitars. I contacted Geoff there and explained what I was looking for. He did some research and quickly sent me a number of options for tuning machines that would work. I ordered a set, and am very pleased with them. I was also both pleased and impressed with Geoff's responsive and knowledgeable customer service. Though I live on the U.S. West coast, I'll continue to do business with Geoff and X Guitars. Of all the folks I spoke with, he was by far the most helpful.l
