All of our guitars carry a 5-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange its return within 5 days of receiving it. (This is based on the day the tracking information shows that it arrived at your address.) When we receive your return, as long as it's in the same condition as it was when it was shipped it to you, we will refund your full purchase price minus the original cost of shipping. Note: Any damage that occurs during shipping from us to you is completely our responsibility. If a guitar (or any other item) arrives damaged, we will pay to have it returned to us and ship you a replacement at no additional charge. If you would like to return a guitar during the 5-day trial period, any damage or wear that occurs while in your possession will be deducted from your refund. In this case, we are not responsible for any damage sustained by the guitar in shipment from you to us. If any damage occurs, it will be deducted from your refund, so please fully insure the guitar with your shipper.

All guitars listed on our site as "new" carry a 3-year warranty that covers defects in workmanship. If any manufacturing defects are found within the first three years, we will repair or replace the instrument.
