The Hannabach 815 LT Silver Special is the low tension set in Hannabach's flagship line, with precision round clear nylon trebles and silver-plated copper basses known for their rich, clear sustain. Low tension makes the set easy to play and gentle on lighter-built guitars while keeping the full Hannabach sound. A good match for students, players who practice for long stretches, and instruments that do not need a lot of pull to speak.
Hannabach has made strings in Germany since 1869 and is known above all for the quality and consistency of its basses; every set is made by hand in small batches. The 815 MT adds a little more tension and projection.
