Financing Available! - 6, 12, or 18 months at 0% interest. Contact us for details.

Every guitar is given a professional setup and a thorough 19-point inspection including playing through every note, adjusting saddle & nut heights, checking neck relief, fret ends, tuning mechanisms, finish, and more. You can rest assured that your guitar will be flawless or we'll replace it or refund it and cover all shipping charges. Also, all guitars at XGuitars are kept at the perfect humidity and temperature to prevent hidden cracks, sharp frets, warped necks, etc.

The Murata GR-2B Guitar Rest combines comfort, stability, and a natural feel. Your guitar moves with you, making it seem like you're using a foot stool, but without the lower back pain that a foot stool can cause.

This support is a sibling of the Murata GR-2. Only the color is different. Both have dark brown bases, but the upper portion is black on this support and silver on the GR-2.

Works as expected

Like the option to adjust the tightness when securing the guitar rest.
Would be even better if there are two set of controls due to the way guitar body gets thinner towards neck.
The frontside clamp has less contact with the guitar body than the backside clamp.

Murata GR - 2 guitar rest.

I love using this rest.
It is compact enough to fit in the pocket of my guitar case when I take it apart & fold the leg down. .. it takes only seconds to attach to my guitar & adjust.
I like that it securely holds my guitar without using suction cups. And the screw to hold the little feet in place on the guitar only needs to be finger tight to hold it securely in place on the guitar.
I also love that it can pivot at the base to allow flexibility of movement while I’m playing.
It’s a very clever design & well worth the money.

What you need!

Very stylish, pretentious and convenient device. I specially took the maximum version, so that it would look beautiful at concerts. There is a question whether it does not block some frequencies due to pressing against the soundboard, but the area of pressing is so small and close to the shell that I think it is not worth worrying about. At first, I used it constantly, then it became, sometimes, too lazy to constantly fasten and unscrew it. For short classes, I work the old-fashioned way, with a stand.

Guitar Support

Perfect! It’s why I now own 4 of them.

It’s a good tool very useful and I love the design . This would be some features I would add for future version:
-It could be a little much stronger I still feel it a little weak.
-Bottom piece should be able to rotate in order to move our body with freedom when I play.
-Add two more inches to the height piece.

This would be the perfect tool for me and I won’t care to pay more for it.

Still I love this portable design it’s very helpful!
